An experienced executive in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, projects and building management, retail and catering and financial services, Ms. Boulanger has worked in management positions for over thirty years. A graduate of Concordia University in business administration and the CGA program at McGill University, Ms. Boulanger has also held several positions in finance and accounting during her career. In 2009, she obtained the Certified Company Administrator (ASC) diploma from the College of Administrators at Laval University. Claire joined the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Québec in 2017.
Marie-France Soucy, Secretary

Ms. Soucy joined the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Québec in the fall of 2020. A lawyer by profession, she practiced for 9 years in law firms in civil and commercial litigation, before joining Ivanhoe Cambridge in 2000 as Director of Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary responsible for corporate affaires. Ms. Soucy combines extensive expertise in governance and real estate.
Jean Armand Nkoma, Treasurer

A Chartered Professional Accountant, he brings solid expertise in financial management, governance, and risk control. Through his involvement, he hopes to contribute to the sound and sustainable management of the organization's resources, while concretely supporting Habitat for Humanity's mission: providing accessible and lasting housing solutions for families and communities.

Jean Phillippe Brault
Portfolio Director, Social Infrastructure, Fondaction
Mr. Brault is responsible for prospecting and developing real estate partnerships, primarily in Eastern Canada, for Fiera Real Estate Limited's ("FIL") investment strategies. He oversees projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial investment to completion. Having worked in the real estate industry since 2006, he has extensive experience in property valuation, market analysis, financing and investments. Prior to joining FIL in 2016, he spent eight years in the real estate advisory services of Quebec's largest accounting firm, where he developed strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial asset classes. At FIL, he is responsible for investments in development partnerships of over 5,600 residential units representing a cost of over $1.6 billion. Jean-Philippe is also a graduate of HEC Montréal and holds a Chartered Appraiser designation from the OEAQ.

With over 25 years' experience in the construction industry as a sales and marketing manager, business development manager, engineering manager and project manager Mr. Stéphane Gagnon possesses excellent business acumen. He has developed a facility for working with professionals and customers to develop projects and solutions. His experience acquired through various positions held in a number of companies, as well as his role as an entrepreneur for over 10 years, gives him undeniable versatility.
Stéphane has also been involved in various committees and volunteer activities, such as the Association québécoise de l'industrie de l'échafaudage, where he served as president and treasurer for over 20 years. He also sat on the Marketing Committee and the Board of Directors of the Corporation des entrepreneurs généraux du Québec for 5 years.

Michèle is an expert in strategy and business transformation, with extensive experience in the investment management, real estate, and financial services sectors. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Ivanhoé Cambridge, where she oversaw operations, strategy, risk management, and sustainable investment for a global real estate portfolio valued at over $75 billion. She has also worked in strategy and economic development consulting at KPMG and SECOR.
