"Meaning of home" student contest
Every year, Habitat for Humanity Canada invites elementary school students to express, through writing or drawing, what home means to them. The Meaning of Home contest supports local Habitats across the country, including Habitat for Humanity Québec.
From November 3 to 30, 2025, this fundraising campaign supported affordable homeownership for Quebec families. Every gift helps bring more stability, one generation at a time.
Our first major fundraising campaign made it possible to complete several construction projects, including a six-unit building in Lachine that helped six families become homeowners.
