In 2009, she obtained the Certified Company Administrator (ASC) diploma from the College of Administrators at Laval University. Claire joined the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Québec in 2017.
Marie-France Soucy, Secretary

Ms. Soucy joined the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Québec in the fall of 2020. A lawyer by profession, she practiced for 9 years in law firms in civil and commercial litigation, before joining Ivanhoe Cambridge in 2000 as Director of Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary responsible for corporate affaires. Ms. Soucy combines extensive expertise in governance and real estate.
Alexis Levasseur, Treasurer

With over 20 years' experience as an assurance and advisory partner with Deloitte in North America and Europe, Alexis Levasseur supports private and public groups in the real estate, life sciences and consumer goods distribution sectors. He is in charge of the French desk in the Montreal office. Prior to joining Deloitte Montreal, Alexis held various management positions with Deloitte in France.

M. Deslauriers holds a Master's degree in administration, public management, local and international development from the University of Sherbrooke. Éric has worked in various types of companies related to retail and property management. Actively involved in his community since 2012, he has held the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Les habitations Équerre, Sherbrooke, a housing NPO. Committing to Habitat for Humanity represents for Eric an involvement directly linked to his values but also to his volunteer and professional experience. For him, everyone should have the right to a decent and safe home.

Daniel Tran
Director of Administration, Project Montréal
Currently Director of Administration for Project Montréal - Valérie Plante's Team, Daniel has worked in various political spheres. He was a candidate in the 2021 election and worked in the office of the Mayor of Montreal as well as on the Executive Committee, where he advised elected officials on issues of economic development and innovation in the metropolis.
Before devoting himself fully to politics, Daniel acquired varied expertise in health services management, disability management and governance. He is recognized for his humanistic and inclusive management approach, building lasting bonds with his teams and stakeholders.
Sophie Leroux

Jean Phillippe Brault

Mr. Brault is responsible for prospecting and developing real estate partnerships, primarily in Eastern Canada, for Fiera Real Estate Limited's ("FIL") investment strategies. He oversees projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial investment to completion. Having worked in the real estate industry since 2006, he has extensive experience in property valuation, market analysis, financing and investments. Prior to joining FIL in 2016, he spent eight years in the real estate advisory services of Quebec's largest accounting firm, where he developed strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial asset classes. At FIL, he is responsible for investments in development partnerships of over 5,600 residential units representing a cost of over $1.6 billion. Jean-Philippe is also a graduate of HEC Montréal and holds a Chartered Appraiser designation from the OEAQ.
